By now, you have most likely heard of probiotics and their role in our health. If you are like me you might be a bit confused on which ones are the best. Turns out, it’s the cheaper probiotics that are most beneficial (spore based probiotics). Good digestive health is very important for overall health and well being and probiotics play a big role. They help support immune function, digestion, emotional health and also helps aid digestion for diabetics.
In our body, specifically the gut, we have microbiome which are micro organisms living in our intestines. This ecosystem consists of bacteria, protozoa, fungi and viruses.
