	            If I'm craving a snack that's a bit sweet but diabetic-friendly, I defer to sliced strawberries and add keto whipped cream. The homemade keto whipped cream is easy to make too, 1 cup heavy cream, 2 Tbsp powdered Monk Fruit sweetener and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract into a bowl, mix with mixer until thick and creamy. Easy peasy for my delicious diabetic friendly snack!

	            For my healthy diabetic friendly snack I tend to lean towards pizza. A whole wheat or cauliflower crust. Just a basic tomato sauce or pesto sauce with no added sugar. For cheese you may use part skim, feta or goat. Lastly for toppings veggies are a good source like spinach, mushrooms, onions, or any kind of meats like meatball or sausage.
