When I woke up this morning and went outside, the gorgeous spring like weather inspired me to plant tomatoes. They’re very easy to care for and have plenty of vitamin C as well as vitamin A, and are a good source of potassium. Tomatoes are also low in carbs and calories, perfect for diabetics. I plan on eating them as a snack and making some kickass marinara sauce. Tomatoes are great if you have diabetes therefore take advantage of this delicious food filled with vitamins.
