Spring Exercise is in the Air

Spring ExerciseI’ve been feeling under the weather lately but now that spring is in the air I feel better, let’s exercise! We should all take advantage of the spring-like weather and do some spring exercise, especially if you have diabetes.

Since I’m in the NYC area we often get a tease of spring. Try to do some outside activities like walking or had to the park for step-ups, it’s all good!
